Day by day...

Things keep getting better day by day. Right down the street there are three or four coffee shops that amaze you every time you get to have a cup.

After a cup, or two the daily adventure starts. Usually a good day consist of going to the beach and convincing yourself that the waves are good enough for the 45 degree water, but thats were the coffee helps. Returning from the beach there really isnt much to do, but thats why vacations are nice. As you can see the city landscape is quite dense with plenty to go see.

The food here is simply amazing. Everyone talks about how good the steak is, but what they dont know is how good everything else is. The italians had a major influence towards the local cuisine. The pasta is all hand made with fresh vegetables and cheeses.

When I'm not eating I'm exploring. So much to see. The town is very old with a lot of history. Much of it I dont understand, because most of the history has been explained is in Spanish, but you make what you can of it. Though it sounds as I am growing cultured I still have a TV to turn into and make sure that I can watch my football and keep some of my American ways.

Had to show the last photo is of the gym that we work out underneath. Well, thats about it for now. Thanks for tuning in.

There always has to be a start to something, and this is a good one...

The trip to LA started on September 16 and is off to a great start. Wouldn't expect anything less of what has happened. From looking at the pictures I'm pretty sure you can see that the journey began at the Los Angeles airport. We were packed and ready to go with nothing to worry about. As Andrew says, " All we have to worry about is where to eat, what to see, and that the next step isnt going to trip us." Hopefully this is a mindset that I can keep with me for all of my upcoming travels.

With that said we both agreed to do our best of keeping to that very plan. Turns out we started that mindset a couple hours early. So you know, Andrew and I are traveling to Argentina with 12 surfboards that kinda stand out. Upon arriving at our hotel in LA we were ensured that their shuttle would be accessible the next day. Ends up that the morning shift would have a different opinion and shut down our ease of transporting 40ft of surfboards. A phone call, large ass blue van, 2 trips to the airport, and $100 later we were set to return to our original mindset. Upon arriving at the airport we instantly knew that the next step of loading the boards to the counter was gonna be fun. The ladies eyes almost popped out of her head when we explained that we had an hour and 15 minutes to get on our flight. She laughed, and gave a response of "Un-Uh, you aint never gonna make it." Apparently $1200 can make that happen. She ended up being a sweetheart after the exchange and gave us a shortcut to bypass the long security lines seeing that we now only had 20 minutes to board our plane. Shoes, belts, hats, pockets emptied into the bin and were moving. I pass through the check and Andrew is talking to a TSA official saying how rude that guy in front of him was. I ignore it cause I need to collect my pile of stress for the moment . As I lok back the Tsa agent is aerosaling the rude guys fart and laughing it over with Andrew.

We are on our way again and Andrew tells me he let the fart off and had to think quick and thats the story that he had on mind, then he starts running to our gate laughing our asses off, literally. We end up being the last two people on the plane for final boarding. From there it was two days of travel and we are now adjusting to the lovely lifestyle of Mar Del Plata. Home is at the bar and the place we sleep is only a block away. Friendly people with a beautiful town to match.

Everything is well, and I will have more stories in a few days. The internet was a little harder to come across than I thought, but will have it figured out shortly.

Thanks for reading,
